How It‘s Done
The delivery team is given a few cryptic clues about the task they are to solve: they are to ‘click’ on 30 ‘websites’ on the ‘Internet’ within a very short space of time. The management team cannot provide direct support because the entire action takes place at another location. Only by skilfully motivating the delivery team will they succeed in developing the appropriate course of action. And the more they try to solve the problem, the greater the performance pressure becomes. Will the delivery team manage to solve this task, a task of immense importance to the company?
